RPMI offers professional, industrial grade Directed Energy Deposition (DED) systems, available in a variety of build envelope sizes. Each model comprises the same level of technology that has been perfected and proven with decades of 24/7 production services.
Beginning with a hermetically sealed Class I laser enclosure, the glove boxes provide superior safety with a inert environment to prevent any oxygen or moisture contamination during the deposition process. Each system boasts a 3-axis gantry combined with a tilt and rotate table for part manipulation and multi-axis deposition. To top it all off, operators can monitor and log the build process with a Process Monitoring and Control Package now integrated within all standard laser systems.
